With over twenty years of experience in the title insurance industry and a deep, firsthand understanding of every facet of the business, Alicia serves as President of FirsTitle and Chicago Title Oklahoma. In this dual role, Alicia oversees both operations, ensuring delivery of exceptional service to our clients while driving alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across the state.

A native of Oklahoma, Alicia’s knowledge of the local market and community provides invaluable perspective. She has long been an instrumental part of our executive team and is known for her exceptional customer service, genuine passion for education and mentorship, and her authentic, caring leadership style. Her approach is collaborative and people-first, focused on empowering teams, strengthening processes, and creating an environment where employees and clients alike can succeed.

Outside of work, Alicia is the proud mother of two and has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for nineteen years. Much of her time is spent dashing across town from one sporting event to the next, enthusiastically supporting her children in all of their pursuits.
