Energy Projects
In 2016, we coordinated the abstracting, performed the title work and issued an owner’s and lender’s title insurance policy for EDF Renewable Energy. The EDF project contained 347 parcels in 2 counties.
In 2020 and 2021, we coordinated the abstracting, performed the title work and issued an owner’s and lender’s title insurance policy for the Sundance Wind Farm Project for Invenergy. The Sundance project contained 193 parcels in 3 counties.
